Just to clarify, it's not a Uplay mobile app, you can't buy games through it. It's called Ubisoft Club and it shows your friends list, news, achievements, weekly challenges other stuff like that and a bot you can talk to and ask questions/tips about the games.

I've gotten into Uplay multiple times. Try actually going to the Uplay website and logging in there. If I can't log on through Unity then I can't unlock rewards for the game because my uplay account isn't connected to Unity yet. I logged onto the website and saw my points and the available rewards.

But I also signed up for an account on the Ubi forums with a different username (same e-mail address). Now I'm playing the Facebook AC game and have made quite a lot of progress. When I try to link that (from within the FB game) to my UPlay account, it chooses my Ubisoft forum handle.
